4. User Responsibilities

10. Service Availability

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Any completed analysis and recommendations will remain available to you
  • Payment obligations for completed work remain in effect

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary. You agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class action.

13. Changes to Terms
