By accessing or using License Tuner (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

License Tuner is a service that analyzes Microsoft license data to identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Users can upload CSV files containing license information, receive a preliminary analysis of potential savings, and purchase a detailed report with specific optimization recommendations.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with any account you use to access the Service. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 User Content

You are solely responsible for the content of the files you upload to the Service, including ensuring that:

  • You have the right to share any data contained in your uploads
  • Your files do not contain malware, viruses, or other harmful content
  • Your files do not violate any third-party rights

4. Payment Terms

The Service offers a one-time payment option to unlock detailed license optimization reports.

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes, which may be added to the final price.
  • we offer 14 days money back if it turns out that total possible savings for you organization ended up being less than 1/4 of what you paid for the report

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by License Tuner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

7. Accuracy of Analysis

The Service provides license optimization recommendations based on standard Microsoft pricing and licensing rules. However:

  • We do not guarantee that all potential savings will be identified.
  • Recommendations are based on the data provided and may not account for all organization-specific factors.
  • Actual savings may vary based on your specific Microsoft agreements, negotiated pricing, and other factors.
  • You should verify all recommendations with your Microsoft licensing specialists before implementation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • Implementation of recommendations provided by the Service

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
